Effective employee strategies for remote working: An online self-training intervention

This paper examines whether employees' strategies to recognize (through self-recognition) and regulate job crafting, work-family management, recovery) their internal external demands resources help them retain well-being performance during the COVID-19 pandemic. It also an online self-training intervention can stimulate use of these strategies. A randomized control trial with a waitlist group pre-post measure (N = 62, N 77) was executed, consisting four modules videos, exercises, three assignments. Participants reported improved self-recognition (noticing, self-focused emotional intelligence), crafting (seeking challenges), recovery (psychological detachment relaxation), reduced conflict. Moreover, fatigue increased happiness life task after intervention. Improvements in intelligence, relaxation, conflict could explain progress distal outcomes. study reveals that employees maintain high levels while working from home how improve using evidence-based
